Captain Morgan Fraczkowski

Captain Morgan Fraczkowski’s love for the water begins on the Susquehanna River but truly flourishes after moving to the Northern Neck in 2015. A trailblazer in the male-dominated maritime industry, she mentors aspiring female mariners, inspiring the next generation of women to pursue their passion for the sea. For the past six years, Captain Morgan has lived aboard sailboats, and she now resides on her dream vessel, a Formosa 41 named Blossom. With extensive experience commanding vessels across the Chesapeake Bay and beyond, she is known for her strategic expertise, commitment to safety, and dedication to marine conservation. Following the loss of her father to pancreatic cancer in 2020, Captain Morgan shifted from her career as a certified personal trainer, realizing how short and precious life is. She finds comfort and healing on the open sea, embracing life on the water as a form of therapy. Today, she continues to share her love for sailing, helping others experience the beauty, adventure, and tranquility that come with life on the water. In addition to her charter services, Captain Morgan is a yacht broker, and delivers vessels from point A to point B.

Deckhand , AG

Born in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and raised along the Rappahannock River in Lancaster County, Ann Gardner (AG) Eubank has always felt at home on the water. That connection runs even deeper today as she lives aboard her 1985 Catalina sailboat, Titillation. A 2016 graduate of Lancaster High School, AG went on to attend Ferrum College, where she played collegiate volleyball while earning a degree in Political Science, complemented by minors in journalism and international studies. After graduating, she returned to the Northern Neck to begin her journalism career as a reporter and photographer with the Rappahannock Record. When she’s not reporting or freelancing, you’ll likely find her outdoors—at the beach, paddling the waterways, casting a line along the shore or at the pond, planning her next mountain hike, or hitting the slopes. Wherever she goes, her constant companion is Keely, her loyal chocolate lab, always by her side.
